By and for people who enjoy visiting tasting rooms!

My wife, Nancy, and I enjoy drinking wine—but more than that, we enjoy visiting tasting rooms; meeting new people—both the tasting room staff and the other tasters—and engaging in conversation as we taste the wine. This site is an attempt to extend that experience and translate it to a different medium.

With over 12,000 wineries in the United States, visiting them all would be the work of a lifetime (but that doesn’t mean we’re not trying!). One way we can help each other make the most of our tasting trips is by sharing our experiences—adding comments on the tasting rooms listed on this site. You don’t need to be a wine expert to contribute. If you have visited a tasting room, we want to hear about your experience there—good, bad, or indifferent.

To start viewing wineries, use one of the search options on the right. You will have to sign up before you can comment— click the button in the header to do that.

If this is your first visit, you may want to to check out the Site help page by choosing it from the menu above.
