Nicely designed modern shared tasting room. They have a “wall of wine” cooler/dispensers along one wall. You can choose what you want to taste from among the dozens of wines they carry. You pay for the tasting by the taste. they also have a pre-set flight that changes periodically. We got that—four tastes for $15.00.
The tasting room server seemed knowledgeable about the wines we were tasting, and the region in general. They have wines from a large number of wineries in San Louis Obispo County. This seems good way to get “cliff notes” on the region before setting off to visit individual wineries.
