There are currently no recognized AVAs within Wyoming. Wyoming’s first winery was established in 2004 after the vineyard’s owner, won the University of Wyoming College of Business 10K Business Plan Competition. The winery produces a number of different wines from 100% Wyoming grapes, raspberries, honey and agricultural products. Wyoming’s few wineries are located in the northwest corner of the state near Jackson and Yellowstone National Park.
